About the founder
After a decade in digital marketing partnering with startups to ASX50 companies, I took on a role that would transform my approach to scaling fashion brands. As the dedicated performance marketing partner for Rat & Boa, I spent three years mastering what truly drives growth in international fashion – from record-breaking collection launches to sophisticated retention strategies that turn first-time buyers into devoted brand advocates.
This unique combination of broad marketing expertise and deep fashion immersion revealed something crucial: most agencies fail fashion brands because they treat them like any other ecommerce business. They focus solely on ROAS while missing the nuanced art of building a brand women aspire to wear. As a business owner myself, I understand that true success isn't just about metrics – it's about driving profitable growth while elevating your brand's position in the market. A lot of agencies don't understand the women's fashion space and provide fragmented services while we understand that everything works in sync to develop a brand.
